Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. SnugglePals may provide you with a prepaid return label and then deduct shipping costs from your total refund. Original shipping costs paid will not be refunded. Returns are expected to be received in like-new condition. Please be considerate that stuffed animals cannot be resold once used and these are limited items.
